Mythic Grounds is not currently a member of any affiliate programs. However, we intend to partner with services that are relevant to travelers and researchers visiting sacred and mythological sites. These may include accommodation platforms, bookshops, and tour providers. When and if we establish these partnerships, this page will be updated with full details. Any affiliate links will be clearly identified, and clicking them will never cost you anything extra. Lodging and tour links will never appear on an entry that carries a cultural sensitivity notice or whose site is closed or restricted to visitors.
Mythic Grounds carries no advertising. Google AdSense was removed in September 2026: it placed ads automatically, which meant advertisements could appear on entries for living sacred sites, beside the notices asking readers to treat those places as something other than destinations. No ad network chooses what appears on this site.
If advertising returns, it will not run on any entry carrying a cultural sensitivity notice or a restricted-access notice, and this page will say so before it does.
Commercial considerations will never influence our editorial content or which sites appear on Mythic Grounds. Every location in our directory is chosen for its mythological, spiritual, or cultural significance — never for commercial value. This commitment will remain true regardless of any future partnerships.
